H. 276 An Act relative to persons with developmental disabilities​

This bill updates the language of the definition of developmental disabilities to match that of the federal definition. In doing so, Massachusetts can ensure that persons with developmental disabilities, such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, are able to receive services they need in order to be successful.
