H.2575 An Act Relative to the Retirement Benefits of Certain Employees at the Department of Children and Families

A few years ago, the Legislature rightfully moved DCF Social Workers into Group 2 for retirement purposes but when we did so, a few front line DCF titles were excluded.  This legislation is aimed at putting all front line DCF social workers into Group 2.
